The Moment

Some Prosecco is built around softness.
Others are built around snap.

Col di Luna Flora Prosecco Brut is very much the second kind — bright, dry, and built for the table rather than just the toast. Most Prosecco is labeled Extra-Dry, which actually means it carries more sugar, but Flora is Brut, coming in at less than 2 g/L, so what you get is a cleaner, drier sparkling wine with notes of green apple, Asian pear, and fresh-cut flowers.

This is the kind of bottle that feels easy from the first sip, but not simple. Col di Luna farms near Cappella Maggiore in the Prosecco DOC area, at the foot of the Dolomites, on limestone and clay soils, and the wine is made with native yeasts and a cool stainless-steel fermentation. That helps explain why it feels so fresh and lively. It is sparkling wine for aperitivo, yes, but also for crudo, sushi, and real food.

What It Feels Like

Think salty snacks, cold glasses, and a bottle that disappears a little faster than expected.

What makes this wine work is that it leans into freshness instead of sweetness. The apple and pear fruit keep it friendly, the floral lift keeps it pretty, and the Brut finish keeps the whole thing feeling clean and grown-up. It is the kind of sparkling wine that works just as well with a bowl of olives and chips as it does with something raw, bright, or herbal on the table.

Why We Love This Bottle

Actually Dry Prosecco
This is one of the most important things about Flora. The importer is very clear that this is Brut, not the sweeter “Extra-Dry” style, and that makes a huge difference in how the wine drinks.

A Great Food Sparkler
The sheet directly calls out aperitivo foods, light meals, crudo, and sushi, which tells you this is not just a one-note celebration bottle.

A Lovely Everyday Bubbly
FUSO’s whole project is about finding natural and characterful daily drinkers, and Flora feels exactly like that — honest, lively, and easy to love.

Pair It With

• Light meals
• Crudo
• Sushi
