The nose is immediate and joyful. Cherry Jolly Rancher leaps from the glass, followed by sage and sweet wild herbs. As it opens, the aromatics shift toward strawberry black tea, pomegranate, and bay leaf — bright, herbal, and unmistakably alive.

On the palate, the wine is light to medium-bodied with a creamy texture that still feels definitively red. Bing cherry and raspberry skin lead, joined by a subtle, earthy note of roasted beet that adds depth without seriousness.
